Double Coated VHB Clear Acrylic Foam Tapes
Description
This clear, not technically a foam , is a solid acrylic material which provides excellent clarity. These VHB Tapes provide the convenience and simplicity of a tape fastener and are ideal for use in many interior and exterior bonding applications. The pressure sensitive acrylic composition provides for very good tack, excellent adhesion to variety of surfaces and high shear strength performance. Tape is carried on a RED, release coated polyethylene liner that is easily removed.

 4905 Double Coated VHB Clear Acrylic Foam Tape
 ™4905 is a clear foamed acrylic tape 20 mils (0.50mm) exclusive of liner. Clear foamed acrylic with
RED PE liner. Used as a mounting tape in the illuminated sign
industry, for fabricating road signs, joining of metals and plastic
trims in furniture construction and architectural applications. Ideal
in the transportation industry. Used in automotive aftercare market
and in body shops for crash repair. 180° Peel adhesion: 17.3 lb/in.
Tensile adhesion: 37.9 lb/in. Dynamic shear: 33.5 lb/in.
Temperature resistance: up to 302°F short term and up to 194°F
long term. Cold temperature resistance: down to -40°F.

™4910 is a clear foamed acrylic tape
40 mils (1.0mm) exclusive of liner. Clear foamed acrylic with RED
PE liner. Used in the manufacture of laminated safety glass and
hurricane impact glass. Bonding, sealing and fixing of shower
screens, cubicle glass and plastic, glass display cabinets, refrigerated
cabinets for supermarkets and chilled drink cabinets. 180°
