5.0 mil backing, 7.2 mil total thickness. - Electrical Grade Glass
Cloth with Silicone Adhesive. Conformable; chemical and solvent
resistant; printable. Designed for use in strategic area masking of
areas in thermal spray/plasma spray applications. Used for insulation
of electrical apparatus, for sealing and bundling of non-electrical
applications where flame retardancy or high heat resistance is
required; coil armor wrap. Adhesion: 30 oz/in. Tensile strength: 143
lbs/in. Elongation: 5%. UL approval Insulation class: 180° C Class
H. Temperature performance range: -100°F to 500°F. Elongation:
5%. Formulated to meet MIL-I-19166C, Type 7.
Color: Natural White. 3" plastic core.

Glass Cloth/Silicone Adhesive
8 mil - Electrical Grade Glass Cloth coated with 2.8 mils of
Silicone Adhesive to provide maximum chemical, solvent and
heat resistance. Used for soft cell insulation, phase insulation in
integral HP motors, high temperature harness wrapping, flame
retardant coil armor wrap, banding heavy conductor coils. An
excellent all purpose tape capable of resisting moderate grit
blasting. Adhesion: 39 oz/in. Tensile strength: 187 lbs/in.
Elongation: 20%. Dielectric strength: 4500 V. Insulation class:
200° C Class H. Temp. Performance range: -100°F to 500°F.
Formulated to meet U.S. Gov't. Spec. ASTM D1000 and with flamability
requirements of UL510. Meets MIL-I-1966C, Type 10 mil.
